Hey guys! Thanks for stopping by. If you have the time, take a look at my gallery and let me know what you think! I am an amateur photographer and any pointers would be great!
Some things about myself... Umn, I got into black and white film photography in January of 2011. Then I saved up my money for a couple months to buy a digital camera in May 2011. I'm very new to photography and am really looking to improve my work, so any constructive criticism is greatly appreciated! (And so are compliments of course :)) Right now photography is just a hobby. I'm thinking about minoring in it when I transfer to a university, which would be awesome! Have a great day!
Also, if you have even extra spare time, check out some of my favorites from other artists! They are all amazing works and deserve much more attention. Thanks guys!

Hey guys!
I realized that it has been nearly a year ago since I last posted something to my journal, so I thought I would not only say "hey!" but ask a question.
I just booked my first wedding shoot and I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions or pointers for me. Anything would be greatly appreciated and more than welcome!

I wanted to apologize to everyone as a whole. I have been gone a lot lately, and haven't had the opportunity to thank everyone individually for favorites and Llamas. Okay guys, here's the deal. I've been saving up for a new camera for a very long time and finally have enough money to get one. However, the problem is is that the camera that I originally want (the Nikon D7000) is back ordered on every website/ local business. The runner up, which is the Canon 7D isn't on back order, but just costs slightly more. I like how you can use older Nikon lenses and all the reviews I've read slightly puts the Nikon ahead, but they are basically at a tie.
What is your opinion in this situation? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! =)
